Full Broadcast System Design + Control Room Buildout

Challenge

This 100+ year old church building needed a complete overhaul of its streaming and broadcast capabilities, including a dedicated control room and expanded camera coverage throughout the sanctuary.

Solution

Designed and installed a full broadcast production system, including a centralized control room, multi-camera setup, and integrated audio streaming workflow.

Result

The church now operates a fully integrated broadcast environment with improved production quality, expanded camera coverage, and a streamlined workflow that supports weekly services and special events.

The system includes four camera positions utilizing a combination of PTZ and manned cameras, along with a Blackmagic broadcast switcher and hardware control panel. A dedicated control room with multi-display monitoring supports production, alongside Mac-based ProPresenter and streaming systems, a wireless intercom system for communication, and a full rack buildout with structured cabling infrastructure. Key technologies include a Blackmagic ATEM switcher and controller, Canon PTZ and XF series cameras, a Mac Studio running ProPresenter, the Resi streaming platform, and an Eartec wireless intercom system.
