Nick
CTS D/I - Owner / Lead System Designer
I’ve been in the AV industry since 2007, starting out in residential hi-fi before transitioning to the world of commercial AV — which felt like unlocking a new map in a video game. Now at Resound, I get to be part of projects that power everything from Fortune 500 businesses to stadiums and airports. What I love most is standing at the finish line of a project and seeing what we accomplished as a team.
Outside of work, I’m all about family and creativity. I love raising my son and spending time with my wife, often hitting the driving range together. I also serve as the technical director at my church, leading a team of volunteers and managing live production. I’m passionate about mixing live audio and enjoy playing the trumpet and piano. For me, AV and music are the perfect blend of art and science — and that’s where I thrive.

Installation Team Lead
I got my start in the AV industry by helping Nick with side jobs while I was in college. As his business grew, so did my role, and I eventually decided to pursue AV full-time. Now at Resound, I get to do what I love — problem-solving and turning clients’ visions into reality.
Outside of work, I’m all about the outdoors. In the winter, you’ll find me on a mountain snowboarding, and in the summer, I’m anywhere near water — fishing, camping, or just soaking up nature. I’m a hard worker who believes in earning everything in life, and I try to bring that mindset into everything I do. I’m also into playing sports and always up for new experiences and adventures.

I got into the AV industry through my involvement in church, where I developed a passion for audio and production. Now at Resound, I enjoy working alongside a great team and taking pride in seeing a project come to life. There’s nothing better than looking back at the end and saying, “Yeah, we did that.”
Outside of work, I love playing guitar, cooking, and baking. I’m also pretty solid at billiards. When I travel, New Zealand is my go-to destination — and I’m always down for a new adventure.

I recently entered the AV industry, driven by my passion for technology and how it enhances communication and experiences. While I’m still learning, working with such a supportive and knowledgeable team at Resound has been a major highlight. I’ve enjoyed gaining hands-on experience and seeing the impact our projects have on clients.
Outside of work, I love traveling and immersing myself in different cultures — especially exploring unique culinary scenes. I’m also passionate about snowboarding, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends. When I’m not out and about, you’ll find me watching films and diving into cinema, which fuels my creativity and curiosity.
